Tax
All prices quoted are inclusive of all UK taxes. It is the responsibility of customers residing outside the UK to pay any extra taxes due on the goods and we will not accept responsibility for any action taken by customs in your country. It is a requirement in the UK to include a customs docket, which notifies the customs authorities of the goods contained within the package.

Purchasing products online
Purchasing our products online couldn't be easier. Just browse our Catalogue under our products section, and click on any items that you wish to buy. You then follow the staged process of adding them to the shopping cart and proceeding to the checkout. An email confirming receipt of your order will be sent from Protx or Paypal, and this will provide a unique order reference.

We reserve the right to request additional proof of identify, where we deem necessary, especially where the goods are requested to be delivered to a different address to that of the credit/debit card holder. We operate a 5 day deferred of payment system where we need to investigate suspicious transactions. Where we find that the additional identity or proof of address details cannot be confirmed, we reserve the right not to process the order/payment.
